Patrick Kramer is the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement and CEO of the Texas Tech Foundation at the Texas Tech University System. In this capacity, he oversees philanthropic initiatives for the system, which includes Texas Tech University, Angelo State University, Midwestern State University, and two Health Science Centers in El Paso and Lubbock.
