Patrick Goulet serves as the President of Énergie Solaire Québec, a non-profit organization, a role he has held since 2017. In this capacity, he actively promotes the use of solar energy by participating in awareness campaigns, conferences, and workshops designed to inform the public.

With a background in civil engineering techniques, Goulet dedicated 30 years of his career to Hydro-Québec.
