Paschal Donohoe is the Managing Director and Chief Knowledge Officer of the World Bank, a role he assumed in November 2025. In this capacity, he leads the Knowledge Bank, providing scalable solutions to sovereign and private clients based on expertise in regulations, technological advances, and development innovations. He is also responsible for the World Bank Group’s strategic engagement with governments, civil society, foundations, and philanthropies.
