Biography

Orly Lobel is a Warren Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law, where she also directs the Center for Employment and Labor Policy (CELP). She is recognized as one of the nation's foremost legal experts on labor and employment law and is among the nation's top-cited young legal scholars. Lobel is a founding member of the USD School of Law's Center for Intellectual Property and Markets and serves as a Senior Academic Advisor to Fiverr.
