Oreste Pollicino is a Professor of Constitutional Law and AI Regulation at Bocconi University, where he also directs the LLM in Law of Technology and Automated Systems. He holds a unique distinction as the only Italian legal scholar to obtain three habilitations to full professorship in EU Law, Constitutional Law, and Comparative Law in the same year (2014).
