Oren Etzioni is a prominent figure in artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and academia. He served as the Founding Chief Executive Officer of the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI2) from its inception in 2013 until 2022. Concurrently, he has been a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Washington since 1991, where he is now Professor Emeritus.
