Olaf Carlson-Wee is an American entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Polychain Capital, a cryptocurrency investment firm he established in 2016. Prior to founding Polychain, he served as the Head of Risk and Product Manager at Coinbase from 2013 to 2016, where he was the company's first employee.

Polychain Capital manages cryptocurrency investment funds and has secured investments from prominent venture capital firms including Sequoia Capital, Union Square Ventures, and Founders Fund.
