Oksana Serhiyivna Markarova is a Ukrainian politician and diplomat, currently serving as the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States from February 2021 through August 2025. She also represents Ukraine to the Organization of American States (OAS). Prior to her ambassadorship, Markarova was the Minister of Finance in the governments of Volodymyr Groysman and Oleksiy Honcharuk.
