Olivia Troye is an American national security official with over two decades of experience advising U.S. and global leaders through crises. Her career includes roles at the National Counterterrorism Center, the United States Department of Energy Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, and the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis, where she served as chief of strategy, policy, and plans.
