Biography

Noreen Farrell serves as the Executive Director of Equal Rights Advocates (ERA), a national legal non-profit dedicated to advocating for women and girls in the workplace and educational settings. In this role, and previously as ERA's Legal Director, she has spearheaded impact litigation and policy initiatives aimed at eradicating sex discrimination.
