Noah Kaufman is a Climate Economist and research scholar at Columbia University's SIPA Center on Global Energy Policy, where he researches, writes, and teaches about energy and climate policies and the economic risks of climate change.
He currently serves as a Senior Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers, a role he holds while on leave from Columbia University.
