Biography

Nicholas Quah is a journalist for Vulture and the creator of the Nieman Lab newsletter Hot Pod News. He hosts his own podcast, 'Servant of Pod,' which focuses on the business side of podcasting. Quah also contributes podcast reviews and criticism to NPR's Fresh Air.

Quah created the Hot Pod newsletter and worked for BuzzFeed in 2015 while writing it. In 2021, Vox Media acquired Hot Pod as part of a plan to expand The Verge, after Quah had run the newsletter for nearly seven years.
