Nicholas Donabet Kristof is an American journalist and political commentator, widely recognized for his work as an op-ed columnist for The New York Times and a regular contributor to CNN. He is a recipient of two Pulitzer Prizes for journalism, awarded for his reporting on the 1989 Tiananmen democracy movement in China and the 2006 coverage of the genocide in Darfur.
