Biography

Neil McInroy serves as the Global Lead for Community Wealth Building at The Democracy Collaborative, a US-based think tank focused on advancing the democratic economy. He also chairs EDAS (Economic Development Association Scotland), the national network for professionals and organizations dedicated to Scotland's economic development.

With deep experience in economic development, urban/rural policy, and social justice, McInroy is a policy thinker, adviser, researcher, and organizational leader.
