Neesha Hathi serves as the Managing Director and Head of Wealth & Advice Solutions at Charles Schwab, a position she has held since 2022. In this role, she leads the enterprise responsible for providing wealth management services to individual investors and registered independent advisor (RIA) clients. In July 2026, her responsibilities will expand to include Schwab's banking and trust services, taking on the title of Managing Director, Head of Wealth Advisory, Banking, and Trust Services.
