Neda Navab serves as the Brokerage President at Compass, where she has been for over seven years. In this leadership role, she contributes to the operations and strategy of the brokerage.

Prior to her tenure at Compass, Navab held various positions across different sectors. She spent one year and one month at Urban Systems at Sidewalk Labs and three years at Enjoy Technology, Inc. Her experience also includes a role as Senior Product Marketing Manager at Box for one year and five months.
