Nayef Perry is the Global Head of Direct Credit at Hamilton Lane, an investment management firm. In this role, he leads the firm's direct credit investment strategies, building on his extensive background in private equity and direct credit.

Prior to his current position, Perry served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Direct Credit at Hamilton Lane. His career also includes experience as a Vice President with GE Capital's Leveraged Finance group.
