Natalie Montecino serves as the Executive Director of the Climate Democracy Initiative. In this role, she works to address challenges across the rural-urban divide, youth engagement, and democracy spaces, both in Colorado and internationally.

Beyond her leadership at the Climate Democracy Initiative, Montecino is an instructor at Stanford SPICE and holds a fellowship at the Cornell Center on Global Democracy. She is also recognized as a WEF Global Shaper.
