Naomi Hossain is a Professor of Development Studies, with a focus on the politics of development. She serves as a Research Professor at the Accountability Research Center at the School of International Service and is also a Research Fellow at the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex.
Her research examines how individuals experiencing poverty and precarity obtain necessary public services, often concentrating on Bangladesh.
