Nancy F. Koehn is the James E. Robison Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where she serves as a business historian.
Her research centers on effective leadership, examining how leaders, both past and present, cultivate lives of purpose, worth, and impact. She also holds an appointment in Harvard's Faculty of Arts and Sciences, within the Economics Department.
