Nancy Gibbs is the Edward R. Murrow Professor of Practice and Faculty Director of the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School, a position she assumed in April 2019 after joining the faculty in March 2018. She previously served as the 17th Editor-in-Chief of TIME magazine from September 2013 to September 2017, becoming the first woman to hold the position. She remains an Editor at Large for TIME.
