Myrle Ballard serves as a Canada Research Chair Tier II, focusing on Weaving Indigenous Science and Sustainability Science, and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth, Energy, and Environment within the Faculty of Science at the University of Calgary. She is recognized as an Indigenous Scientist and a Royal Society of Canada recipient.
Her work encompasses Indigenous Science, including the development of a Master of Indigenous Science Program and the Three-Eyed Seeing Framework.
