Mykola Kuleba is a Ukrainian statesman, children's rights advocate, and humanitarian. He served as the Ombudsman for Children with the President of Ukraine from 2014 to 2021. In this role, he monitored children's rights in Ukraine, making suggestions to the President for legislative changes to improve the situation for children.
