Biography

Moritz Schularick serves as President of the Kiel Institute for the World Economy and is a Professor of Economics at Sciences Po. He is an elected member of the Academy of Sciences of Berlin and holds a position as a Research Professor at New York University. In 2015/16, he held the Alfred-Grosser-Chair at Sciences Po in Paris. His prior academic roles include teaching at the Free University of Berlin and serving as a visiting professor at the University of Cambridge.
