Biography

Morgan D. Bazilian is the Director of the Payne Institute and a Professor of Public Policy at the Colorado School of Mines. He brings over three decades of experience in energy security, natural resources, national security, energy poverty, and international affairs. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center, and holds a joint appointment at NREL on Energy Security.
