Biography

Mohammed Alawad is a government AI leader and researcher, currently serving as the GM for the Center of Strategic Studies at SDAIA. In this role, he leads the General Administration of Studies, a policy think tank dedicated to delivering rapid, evidence-based research to inform ministers and senior decision-makers. His work focuses on critical areas including AI governance and regulation, GenAI/agentic AI adoption, data strategy, and the application of AI in healthcare.
