Mohammed Akoojee is the CEO and MD of DP World’s Africa region, where he is responsible for the company’s extensive operations across more than 50 African markets. His purview includes ports and terminals, logistics, market access, and marine services, overseeing a workforce of over 32,000 individuals.

Prior to his current role, Akoojee served as CEO and MD for sub-Saharan Africa and as Chief Operating Officer of DP World Global Logistics.
