Mogashni Naidoo, also known as Mo, is a co-founder and administrator of the Bitcoin Design Foundation. Her work centers on addressing the adoption problem in Bitcoin and AI products, believing that while the technology often works, real people struggle with uncertainty and lack of understanding. She identifies these user pain points by sitting with users and listening to their concerns, then translates this feedback to development teams to solve actual problems.
