Modupe Akinola is the Barbara and David Zalaznick Professor of Business and the Faculty Director of the Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Center for Leadership and Ethics at Columbia Business School. Her research examines the science of stress, creativity, and how to maximize human potential in diverse organizations. This work focuses on how stress influences employee outcomes and workforce diversity, and has been featured in leading scholarly journals and popular media outlets.
Akinola earned a B.A.
