Biography

Michael Brandmeyer serves as the Global Head and Chief Investment Officer of the External Investing Group (XIG) within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In this role, he oversees investments in private equity, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, credit, public market, and Impact managers. He also contributes to the group's investment committees across various asset classes and is a member of both the Goldman Sachs Management Committee and Partnership Committee.
