Mita Bedi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Resonate Cx. Her career includes extensive experience in business analysis and consulting across various financial institutions and technology companies.

Prior to co-founding Resonate Cx, Bedi held significant roles such as Managing Consultant for the Global Banking Centre of Excellence at IBM and Senior Consultant at RBS. She also served as a Lead Business Analyst at both Commonwealth Bank and Rabobank. Bedi is also a Member of Ypo.
