Minn Kim is the Founder and CEO of Lighthouse, a company focused on building tools to make it easier and faster for technologists to come and stay in the U.S. She is also a Co-Founder of Plymouth.

Prior to Lighthouse, Kim was a Partner at On Deck, where she built and launched a global accelerator designed to invest in talented and ambitious founders. She also served as a Principal at Bloomberg Beta, an early-stage venture capital firm.
