Biography

Ming-Yu Liu serves as the Vice President of Research at NVIDIA, where he is the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for two significant company-wide AI initiatives focusing on Generative AI and Physical AI. In this role, he has also led cross-functional teams, contributing to several major product launches for NVIDIA.

Prior to his tenure at NVIDIA, Liu was a Principal Research Scientist at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs (MERL) from February 2012 to August 2016.
