Biography

Minda Harts is a bestselling author, NYU Adjunct Professor, and founder of The Memo, LLC. She is recognized for her work addressing inequity and lack of inclusion in the workplace, particularly focusing on the experiences of women of color. As the creator of The Seven Trust Languages®, Harts teaches companies how to build trust, improve collaboration, and drive high performance.

In 2015, Harts co-founded The Memo, an organization focused on career development for women of color.
