Milagros Barsallo Rubio is an organizer and entrepreneur who champions community organizing as a catalyst for systemic change, dedicating her career to public service. She believes in the crucial role of education and information for creating a more equitable society, a belief she has carried from her early career as a bilingual elementary school teacher to her recent role as a US Fulbright Scholar and visiting professor at the University of Panama.
