Mila Besich is a business owner and political leader known for her involvement in community and regional projects. She was elected to the Superior Town Council in 2013 and has served on the Superior Unified School District Governing board since 2010. Her work includes actively participating in tourism projects in the Copper Corridor, such as the opening and management of the Caboose Visitor Center, and serving as a founding member of the Legends of Superior Trail Committee.
