Michael Ted Levin is a U.S. Representative for California's 49th congressional district, a position he has held since 2019.

A member of the Democratic Party, he represents most of San Diego's North County and part of southern Orange County. Born in Inglewood, California, and raised in Lake Forest, Orange County, Levin's background includes Mexican-American and Jewish heritage.
