Michael W. Lamach is an American businessperson known for his leadership roles in major industrial companies. He served as the former chairman and CEO of Trane Technologies. Prior to that, he was the CEO and Chairman of Ingersoll Rand, which he joined in 2004, assuming the top leadership positions in 2010.
