Mihaela Ulieru serves as the President of the IMPACT Institute for the Digital Economy. She is recognized as a Technology Alchemist, innovating at the nexus of AI, IoT, and Blockchain. An awarded researcher and Professor of Artificial Intelligence, she pioneered Multi-Agent Systems and was awarded the Canada Research Chair in Distributed Intelligent Systems by the Prime Minister.
