Biography

Miguel Azevedo is the Head of Investment Banking for the Middle East, Africa (excluding South Africa), and Portugal at Citigroup. He also serves as Vice-Chair for Middle East & Africa Investment Banking, a role he was appointed to in 2023. Azevedo joined Citigroup in 2010 as Head of Corporate and Investment Banking Portugal, and by mid-2012, he was appointed Head of Investment Banking Africa (excluding South Africa & Egypt).
