Micky Lawler is the Commissioner at Unrivaled Basketball, a position she has held since 2024. Prior to this, she served as President of the WTA from January 2015 to June 2024, a tenure spanning over nine years.

Before her presidency at the WTA, Lawler was the Managing Director, Tennis and Global Initiatives at Octagon for more than 26 years, from May 1988 to December 2014. She also contributed to the WTA as a Tournament Class Member on its Board of Directors from March 2003 to August 2014.
