Michelle Gass is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Levi Strauss & Co., a position she assumed in January 2024 after joining as president in 2023. She also serves on the company’s board of directors. At Levi Strauss & Co., Gass is spearheading the transformation of the company into a DTC-first denim lifestyle retailer, leveraging the Levi’s® brand's iconic heritage to achieve sustainable growth.

Prior to her current role, Gass served for five years as CEO of Kohl’s.
