Michelle Schulz serves as a Client Services Supervisor at Arthur J Gallagher & Co., a global firm providing insurance, risk management, and consulting services. She began her career in the insurance industry in the early 1980s, initially focusing on personal lines.

In 1986, Schulz shifted her focus to commercial lines, where she has since dedicated her efforts to client service. She obtained her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) certification in 1992.
