Michael Steuer serves as the President & CTO of the Casper Association, where he leads all core protocol development for Casper. This WebAssembly-native Layer 1 blockchain is designed for institutional tokenization and the agentic AI economy. He co-founded CasperLabs in 2018, contributing to the original product vision for the network, and later returned to lead a strategic turnaround, becoming President in November 2024.
