Biography

Michael Reddington, CFI, is the President of InQuasive, Inc. and the author of 'The Disciplined Listening Method.' Drawing from his interrogation career, he became fascinated by why individuals share sensitive information under vulnerable circumstances and choose to cooperate.

His experience, combined with interactions with senior executives and extensive research, led him to two key insights.
