Michael Milford is the Director of the QUT Centre for Robotics, an Australian Research Council (ARC) Laureate Fellow, and a QUT Professor. He conducts interdisciplinary research at the intersection of robotics, neuroscience, and computer vision. His work focuses on modeling neural mechanisms in the brain related to navigation and perception to develop new technologies, particularly for all-weather, anytime positioning in autonomous vehicles.
