Michael Fisch is the co-founder and CEO of American Securities, a private equity firm where he has held a leadership role since its inception. The firm manages approximately $20 billion of committed equity capital on a discretionary basis. With over 40 years in private equity, Fisch is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and Managing Member of the General Partners of each of its private equity funds.
