Michael Tushman is a Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School, where his teaching and research focus on the relationships between technological change, executive leadership, and organizational adaptation. He is also an American organizational theorist and management adviser.

Tushman co-founded Change Logic, a firm that works with senior leaders and their teams to apply his research and methods to create organizational change.
