Michael J. Dowling is an Irish-American healthcare executive who serves as CEO emeritus of Northwell Health, New York's largest integrated health care system and largest private employer. He proudly led the organization as president and chief executive officer since January 1, 2002, after joining as executive vice president and chief operating officer in 1995.
Prior to his extensive career at Northwell Health, Dowling held significant roles in New York State government.
