Michael Gladishev is the Co-Founder and VP R&D at Legion Security. At Legion, he leads the development of an AI-first platform designed to address critical cybersecurity challenges for Security Operations Center (SOC) teams. This platform aims to go beyond automating tasks by learning how analysts investigate, prioritize, and respond, transforming these insights into intelligent agents and adaptive workflows.

Before co-founding Legion, Gladishev spent over 12 years at Microsoft.
